Rehabilitation of schools and strengthening of education services for students through community oriented approaches
BEFARe is supporting the development of a global manual for refugee and emergency teacher training. The assignment is the second phase of the project which was started in 2005 with the support of the UNHCR-Geneva incorporating the review of teacher training material of over sixty organizations world wide followed by a workshop and presentation of recommendations by emergency education experts. The manual is in its final stages of development and is expected to be completed by the end of January 2007.
