Finance and Operations Division (FOD)

This division primarily focuses on supporting and assisting the activities through human, material and logistical interventions. FOD closely coordinates the requirements and availability of resources with the PID division and maintains a close check on the financial spending. MIS/M&E input through this division also assists other implementing departments in adjustments of activities for maximum outputs.
