Programming and Implementation Division (PID)

It represents the overall conceptual planning, sub-project designs followed by subsequent field implementation by the respective departments. It guides the implementing departments in achieving the targets and ensures compliance of organizational policy and commitments. It also explores the areas that are in need of further support and plans for the future. PID also ensures conformity to the agreements reached with the donor agencies and coordinates between the departments, the donors and partners with respect to all educational and management interventions and activities.
