Programming Department

The responsibilities of this department include developing of project concepts, need assessments for target groups, preparation of proposals in line with donor priorities including budgeting and relevant economic calculations in close cooperation with the Finance and Operations Division. It also prepares all narrative reports to donors and partners. Programming department ensures timely and professional implementation of all activities for achieving the maximum impact of the intervention at a target area.
