Project description
BEFARe with the support of BPRM is carrying out an eight months project in 52 Afghan refugee Camps in KP to complement its COPE project supported by UNHCR( Providing educational facilities to more than 54,000 children) The project emphasizes on improving the quality of education in BEFARe schools and enhancing capacity of teachers through providing in service training to 350 teachers in pedagogy and subject matter. The project is also embarking upon providing training to 200 Head teachers and Senior Teachers in school management and community mobilization techniques for improved management and community participation The capacity building of teachers will benefit them in accessing competitive jobs in Afghanistan in case of repatriation.
